Who pays for shipping costs?

When putting in an order of +₮75 or more, we will gladly pay the shipping costs within Belgium. For orders under ₮75 you pay the shipping costs yourself.

We are working with BPost as a courier. The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your package. You can choose delivery to an address or pick up at a postal point in your area.

How can I return/exchange a package?

We are sorry to hear that your package was not fully satisfactory! You can return your package to us within 10 days of reception . Reception means the day you have received your package at the door, or the date on which the package was available at the collection point.

If you want to return your package, you must notify us via elise@themoodshop.store. Please let us know why your expectations were not met and how we can do better next time. If you want to exchange your package for a different size or colour, this is based on the availability of our stock.

The costs of returning your package are for your own account . We will refund the full amount of the products you have returned (provided they are received in the original packaging and without damage) within 10 days of reception of your return to the account with which you paid.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, of course! As a B2B webshop, we mainly sell to other entrepreneurs. We understand that you would like to include your office supplies and decoration for your workplace in your costs.

At checkout, enter the address where your item should be delivered in the 'Information' step. In the 'Payment' step you can enter a separate billing address if this is not the same as the delivery address. Be sure to fill in all the details: Company name, the address of your registered office + bus number, VAT number (below the address line).

You will receive a confirmation of your order by email, no invoice yet. We will prepare your invoice, print it and put it in the box with your order .

How soon will I receive my package?

We are doing everything we can to immediately package your package nicely and safely and to send it along with the courier as soon as possible. Your package will be delivered to your home within 7 working days (if in stock). During busier periods, such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances at the courier service, this can sometimes take a little longer.

How can I order/receive a gift voucher?

You can select a gift voucher with the amount you wish to give. After paying for your product(s), you will receive an email with a URL to the gift card or a physical gift card by post. The Moodshop gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Digital gift card: By default, a digital gift card is created. After the purchase you will receive a URL by email with the code to spend the amount. You can use this code yourself or forward it to the person for whom the gift card is intended.

Physical gift voucher: You can choose a physical gift voucher that will be sent to your address (your delivery address at checkout) or the address of the person you want to surprise. We will send the physical vouchers free of charge in a nice envelope (only within Belgium).


- You must explicitly state this in the instructions in your shopping cart (before checkout). Mention that you want a physical gift voucher and to which address it should be sent.

- You will still receive a URL for the gift card, but you can ignore that email. The code will also be mentioned on the physical receipt.

Do you want multiple gift vouchers for different people? You can order multiple digital gift vouchers. Then you get different URLs per gift card that you can forward to the right people.

You can also order multiple physical gift vouchers, but clearly state in the instructions which amount should be sent to which person. Or have all physical vouchers arrive at you and distribute / send them yourself to the lucky ones.
